Loved there quality of service's. I liked that they went over my regular traffic with no issues or concerns. And there prices are reasonable compared to Stanley Steamers. No more rug "doctors" neither. Lol. I'm now a Carpet Cleaners customer as long they stay in business👍👍

The carpet in the closet was not cleaned. The technician asked my husband if we wanted the closet done, to which my husband replied, "whatever we are paying for" because he wasn't the one who set up the appointment and didn't want to tell the man different than what I requested. On the invoice it stated 4 areas were to be cleaned...one being the closet, but only 3 areas were cleaned. So we paid for 4, but only got 3 serviced because the technician failed to read the instructions on the invoice. We were getting pictures taken the next morning for the sale of our home. I was very disappointed that the carpet in my closet looked dirty compared to the rest of the room.

Great customer service. Zach was very courteous, knowledgeable of products...on time and very professional. He did a great job for us. I would recommend ACM-Widmer to everyone needing their carpets cleaned!LC
